DROPPING OFF IS EASY!

Make your way to the Help & Hope Center in Castle Rock, then follow the signs to drive up to our acceptance door. Our team of volunteers will unload your car.

 Loads larger than a pickup truck can be challenging for our small team if we are not prepared in advance. Drop us a line at treasures@helpandhopecenter.org before you dropoff.

  • Household appliances – small/countertop
  • Jewelry 
  • Kitchen items
  • Linens, towels, décor
  • Luggage and backpacks, in good condition
  • Media (instruments, CDs, DVDs, consoles 
  • and games, cassettes, VCRs, records, etc.)
  • Pet supplies 
  • Purses and Handbags
  • Shoes
  • Socks and Underwear – newly packaged
  • Sporting Goods – small items
  • Toys, Games and Puzzles
  • Vintage items

We do not accept these items:

  • Loads larger than a pickup truck without an appointment. 
  • Bicycles (between October 15 – May 15)
  • Broken or damaged items
  • Chemical products
  • Children’s car seats, cribs, bassinets, diaper pails,
  • training toilets, playgear, strollers, etc. 
  • Furniture
  • Hardwired fixtures
  • Helmets
  • Items containing strong odors or debris
  • Large appliances
  • Large sporting goods/exercise equipment
  • TVs, Printers, Computers, Scanners
  • Used bed pillows, mattress pads
  • Used humidifiers
  • Used socks and underwear
  • Wedding dresses (older than 5 years)
